Multiple Streams Of Income

Free Stock in REAL Brokerage, Inc. REAL Broker offers agents several ways to earn free stock:
Capping: Earn 250 shares when you cap.
Recruiting: Earn 125 shares when a recruited agent closes their first transaction.
Stock Purchase Program: Buy stock from your commissions and receive up to 30% bonus stock.
Elite Agent Award: Earn up to $24,000 in free stock by hitting Elite Agent status.
Revenue Share Earn revenue share from agents you bring into the company. Receive 5% of their commissions until they cap, plus percentages from agents in your downline up to five tiers. Unlock tier benefits by having producing agents in your Tier 1.

Cost of Being a Real Estate Agent at REAL Broker, LLC
REAL Broker offers an 85/15 split with a $12,000 cap ($6,000 cap for team members), standardized across the board. There’s a $750 annual fee, deducted from your first three transactions, and a $249 sign-up fee. Post-cap, there’s a $285 transaction fee and a $30 BEOP fee per transaction.

Gross commission: $120,000. Total cost: $13,575. Net commission: $106,425. 20 Transactions: Gross commission: $240,000. Total cost: $17,115. Net commission: $222,885. 30 Transactions: Gross commission: $360,000. Total cost: $4,437. Net commission: $364,437 (including Elite Agent stock bonus).
