Step 1: Apply & Get Signed Up

Fill Out the Contact Form: Briefly introduce yourself and watch the CEO's welcome video.
Review & Sign the Agreement: This includes specifying your sponsor (if applicable) and paying the $249 sign-up fee.
Step 2: Transfer Your License
REAL Broker has step by step instructions for your state’s license transfer process. Some states do it automatically, others require manual updates. Transfer times vary from instant to a few days.
Step 3: Welcome Aboard & Get Set Up
Account Creation & Welcome Email: Your account will be created within a business day of your license transfer. A welcome email with next steps will follow.
Onboarding Options: Choose to attend a live onboarding class or watch a replay to get familiar with REAL’s programs, tools, resources and support options.
Contract Training: Watch training videos on writing and submitting contracts within the REAL Broker platform.
Download the reZEN App: This app gives you access to your business data, transactions, training resources and support.
Set Up Your Workplace Account: Access the REAL Broker community and live streams through Workplace.
Dedicated Support: Contact information for REAL Broker support and your sponsor (if applicable) is provided for any questions during onboarding.
Step 4: Complete Your Onboarding Checklist
reZEN Dashboard & App: Both platforms have your onboarding checklist, with links to resources, training materials and reminders for updates like your local MLS or association information.
Step 5: Dive into REAL Academy & Community
Extensive Training: REAL Academy has over 200 online classes, recurring masterminds and 30+ weekly live training sessions – all available when you sign up! Topics include lead generation, social media marketing and team building.
Connect with REAL Agents: Network and learn from other REAL agents in the Workplace community.
