3. Agent Attraction
Instead of investing in ads, REAL rewards agents who bring in new agents. For each agent an existing agent sponsors, they get up to $4,000 annually in revenue share and stock. Currently agents get 500 shares for each new agent they bring in, with a 3 year vesting period where both the sponsor and the new agent must remain in good standing.
4. Elite Agent Stock Award
The Elite Agent Award is for agents who have exceptional sales volume. To achieve Elite status an agent must meet one of the following:
Pay the full annual cap AND generate $6,000 in post cap transaction fees
Achieve a minimum Gross Commission Income (GCI) of $500,000 AND complete at least 10 transactions
Elite Agents are rewarded with $16,000 worth of stock, which also has a 3-year vesting period.
Shareworks
REAL Broker uses Shareworks, a platform managed by Morgan Stanley, to handle the stocks awarded to agents. Agents need an active Shareworks account to access their gifted stocks.
