Standard Team

Fees: Team members pay a $6,000 cap; team leaders pay a $12,000 cap.

Team leader must have closed at least $5M in production in the past 12 months.
10% commission to team leader.
Signed team agreement on file.
Domestic Team
Structure: For husband and wife teams or related family members.
Benefits: Share one $12,000 cap, one revenue share stream, equity positions and one Skyslope & Chime account.
Limit: Maximum of two agents per team.
Marketing Group
Structure: Each member pays full cap but operates under the same brand or team name.
Flexibility: Allows custom team agreements for marketing costs or referral fees without a team agreement on file with REAL Broker.
